Fulfillment Integration

Connect with fulfillment providers to automate order processing. We support Lenful, Merchize, MangoTeePrints, and BurgerPrints, plus Manual tracking for external fulfillment.

Lenful

Print on demand and embroidery fulfillment service. Requires API Token and Store URL.

Merchize

Print on demand fulfillment service. Requires Access Token and Shop ID per shop.

MangoTeePrints

Print on demand fulfillment. Requires API key in Settings and per-shop enable toggle.

BurgerPrints

Print on demand fulfillment. API key is configured per shop (not in global Settings).

Manual

Track orders fulfilled outside any integrated provider by adding manual tracking from Orders.

Setting Up Lenful

  1. 1Go to Settings page in your dashboard
  2. 2Enter your Lenful API Token and Store URL
  3. 3Click Save Configuration
  4. 4Go to Shops and click "Sync to Lenful" on each shop
  5. 5Now you can sync orders to Lenful fulfillment from the Orders page!

Setting Up Merchize

  1. 1Log in to your Merchize Seller account, then go to Integrations → API
  2. 2Copy your Access Token from the ACCESS TOKEN tab
  3. 3Copy your Shop ID from the BASE URL — it's the segment after the domain, e.g. 5d5gzi0 from https://bo-group-1-2.merchize.com/5d5gzi0/bo-api
  4. 4Go to Settings in your dashboard and paste the Access Token in the Merchize configuration section, then click Save Configuration
  5. 5Go to Shops page, click "Sync to Merchize" on each shop, and enter the Shop ID you copied from step 3
  6. 6Now you can sync orders to Merchize fulfillment from the Orders page!

Important Notes (Merchize)

  • Merchize Access Token is shared across all shops (configured once in Settings)
  • Merchize Shop ID is unique per shop (configured per shop when syncing)

Setting Up MangoTeePrints

  1. 1Go to Settings and enter your MangoTeePrints API key
  2. 2Click Save Configuration
  3. 3On the Shops page, enable MangoTeePrints fulfillment toggle for each shop you want to sync

  5. 5Sync orders from the Orders page — select production line, shipping method, print areas, and designs

Setting Up BurgerPrints

  1. 1On the Shops page, click "Connect to BurgerPrints" on the shop card
  2. 2Enter your BurgerPrints API key and choose sandbox mode if testing
  3. 3Each shop has its own API key — there is no global BurgerPrints config in Settings
  4. 4Sync orders from the Orders page — map catalog SKU, print areas, and designs
  5. 5Use Re-connect BurgerPrints on the shop card to update credentials

Manual Fulfillment

  1. 1For orders fulfilled outside Lenful, Merchize, MangoTeePrints, or BurgerPrints
  2. 2Open the order on the Orders page and use Add manual tracking
  3. 3Enter carrier and tracking number — useful for self-fulfilled or third-party orders

Important Notes

  • MangoTeePrints API key is per-user in Settings; enable per-shop on the Shops page
  • BurgerPrints API key is per-shop only — configure on each shop card
  • Each user/staff member can configure their own API tokens where supported

Syncing Orders to Fulfillment

  1. 1Go to the Orders page and select one or more orders
  2. 2Click the "Sync to Fulfillment" action or expand an order row
  3. 3Select the configured provider (Lenful, Merchize, MangoTeePrints, or BurgerPrints)
  4. 4Review order details, map products, choose saved designs or upload new ones
  5. 5Click "Sync" to submit the order to the fulfillment provider

Customers

The Customers page shows buyers extracted from your synced orders. Data is built automatically — no manual import needed.

Customer List

Browse customers with order counts, shop links, and contact info. Filter by shop to focus on one store.

Geographic Insights

Interactive globe and country stats show where your customers are located.

Summary Stats

Total customers, orders per customer, and repeat-buyer metrics at a glance.

Staff & Privacy

Staff see customers only from shops they belong to. Sensitive PII may be masked based on shop role — see the owner guide for capability settings.

Designs Library

Save and reuse product design templates across fulfillment syncs. Designs are linked to a provider and product so you can pick them quickly when syncing orders.

Save During Sync

When syncing an order to fulfillment, enable "Save this design" to store files, mockups, and Design SKU in your library.

Browse & Search

Filter designs by provider or product. Search by Design SKU or name on the Designs page.

Reuse in Fulfillment

In any fulfillment sync modal, switch to the "Saved designs" tab to pick a template instead of re-uploading files.

Staff Permissions

The <code>manageDesigns</code> capability controls whether staff can create, edit, and delete designs or only view them. Configure in Settings → role matrix.

Google Sheets Integration

Export orders directly to Google Sheets for custom reporting and backup.

Setup Steps:

  1. 1Create a new Google Apps Script at script.google.com
  2. 2Download the template from this Google Sheets template
  3. 3Deploy as Web App (Execute as: Me, Access: Anyone)
  4. 4Copy the deployment URL
  5. 5Paste the URL in your shop settings on the dashboard

Staff Management

Invite team members to help manage shops with role-based permissions. For full setup (accounts, shop teams, capability matrix), see the owner guide.

Two-Level Permissions

System role STAFF + shop membership role (MANAGER / FULFILLER / VIEWER). Actual capabilities are defined in Settings → role matrix.

How Staff Access Works:

Typical Staff Can:

  • • View orders, customers, and designs for assigned shops
  • • Fulfill and sync orders (if FULFILLER role + capability enabled)
  • • Export orders and manage designs (per capability matrix)
  • • View dashboard and analytics for assigned shops

Typically Cannot (unless enabled in matrix):

  • • Add or delete shops (owner only)
  • • Change global Settings or license (owner only)
  • • Create staff accounts (owner only)
  • • Access unassigned shops
